We often get asked questions about the Littlekit range of products, so we've compiled a FAQ of the most Frequently Asked Questions. How do I make a purchase?
Once you've selected your items simply choose the quantity you require and click on the gold "Add to Cart" button. You can then either go to checkout via the "View cart" button, the "Shopping Bag" icon at the right of the menu or simply select Checkout from the Shop menu. Are online payment transactions secure?
Yes, absolutely. For our on-line payment processing we use PayPal. This meets the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and protects against interception of card numbers by data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of advanced techniques to improve and safeguard your security.
What currency will I be charged in?
All of our orders are charged in GBP Pounds Sterling (£). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the exchange rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that the rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.
My items are a different colour to the images shown on the website.
Most of the Littlekit clothing and accessories are hand made, hand printed, hand crafted and hand dyed which makes each item completely unique and individual. Each item may have very slight variations in colour just like your favorite pair of jeans.
Why should I join the Littlekit mailing list?
We occasionally inform our customers about new collections, special offers, discount codes and sales. We don't do spam and your details will never be passed on to any third parties. We use email responsibly and have a best practice double opt-in sign-up process. If for any reason you no longer wish to receive email from us you can simply unsubscribe at any time.
Can the items I purchase be delivered directly to the person of my choice?
Yes. This is ideal for gifts and presents. Simply fill in the address of the recipient in the Checkout area as the "shipping address". The invoice will not be sent with the parcel but shipped separately to your primary address. Please specify that your order is a gift and add an optional personal message in the comments section during checkout.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes. We provide a free gift wrapping service. Please specify that your order is a gift and add an optional personal message in the comments section during checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your Littlekit items within 1 working day of your order being received. Deliveries usually take 2 to 5 days to the UK, 3 to 5 days to mainland Europe and approximately 5 to 10 days to the rest of the world. If your items need to be delivered more urgently we have a Next Day UK Express delivery option. Orders must be placed by 12.00pm UK time Monday to Friday for Next Day UK Express delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping and delivery?

Will my item require a signature on receipt of delivery?
Yes. All of our items will require a signature on receipt of delivery, so it's important to make sure there will be somebody present at the delivery address in order to receive the item.
Do I have to pay any customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you place an order. Please be aware that your parcel can also be delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed.
Can you deliver to PO Box adresses?
No. We do not currently offer this as a delivery option.
